Answer is -6 Gradient or slope

Step by step

The gradient is also known as slope or rate.
The slope can be found with slope formula y2 - y1 over x2 - x1

(3, -4) and (2, 2)

2 - -4 over 2 - 3 = 6/-1 or -6 slope

On a graph you can find rise over run as shown in the attachment. We go down -6 and right +1 = -6/1 or -6.
