How would you respond to this email. Hi,

I’ve been waiting for over two hours to see a doctor - you say you're 24/7! I am furious! I could’ve gone to Urgent Care in the amount of time it’s taking me to see someone. How much longer do I have to wait and I expect a refund for false advertising!

Answer: I would respond like this,

Explanation: Hello, I am sorry that I have not responded we are very busy and I am trying to tackle all that I can right now. We are not false advertising we are just simply busy. If you really need help maybe try and call the number instead of calling. We will see if a refund is possible but you should not have to wait any longer. I apologize for the inconvenience.
