We are dividing by powers of 10.

Here, 10000.

This can be written as 1*10^4

Whenever we divide by 10^4, we take decimal point 4 places left.

So the numerator, 1, take 4 places left.

So 1. becomes 0.0001

This is the answer

0.0001
