I typically like to eat a cheese and Turkey sandwich with mayonnaise for lunch every day. I bring my own lunch to school everyday. I don’t eat the school lunch and never have. I pack my own lunch myself.

I don’t think the school lunch is very nutritious or good quality. I think it is lacking in many ways and should be improved on. I don’t think it is tasty. There have been very few lunch options I ever thought looked remotely good. I don’t think school lunch is healthy.

I would change the school lunch to include more healthy options. Kids need protein, fruits, vegetables, grains, etc. This shouldn’t be some cheap, hamburger patty, or over processed cheese. Kids need something from each food group to have a properly balanced meal. School lunches should include fresh fruits and vegetables such as apples, oranges, or bananas. Along with some carrots or broccoli. Dried fruits like raisins are a good option too. You could even include some ranch or peanut butter. Whole wheat bread is the best option for grains since it is the healthiest. A side roll would suffice or use whole wheat hamburger buns. A healthy drink like organic apple juice or milk would be better then some overly sugary drink.
Paragraph 4:
My ideal school lunch would probably be a fresh deli turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise as the main part. For sides you could do an apple with some peanut butter. Along with another side of carrots and ranch. I think milk would be the best choice of drink. My diet at home I try to keep relatively healthy. For breakfast I like to have an egg, cheese, and potato breakfast burrito. For lunch I like a turkey, cheese, mayo sandwich with a small bag of chips. And dinner my favorite is anything pasta. I’ll have snacks like cashews or yoghurt. I do like sweets and chips though so I like to have those sometimes.
