no matter what you have the right to remain silent and you have the right to an attorney, because these are part of your Miranda rights. if you are not deemed a threat and you get a option to be able to post bail then you are obviously allowed to post bail because it was offered to you. not always are you allowed to post bail even if you are not deemed a threat because the court has to okay the right to do so, but in jail and prison you are not given the choice of what you can eat but you have to eat what they provide you. therefore the answer should be a meal after you are put in jail
