This is a simple transformation, DILATION.

Upon graphing this out, or finding the side lengths of the triangle, you will find that side length RU is triple of that of RS. This is the same for RV and RT. Dilation transformations don't change angles, only side lengths, and for the whole triangle, which means that this transformation will still equate the triangles to each other.
