Solution:-

The given figure is made up of a trapezium and a rectangle . So the net area would be the sum of the area of the two shapes.

Area of rectangle:-

A = lb

A = 12ft * 18ft

A = 216ft²

Area of the trapezium:-

Area = 1/2 * sum of parallel sides* distance between them

Area = 1/2 * (10+18)ft * 6ft

Area = 3* 28ft²

Area = 84ft²

So the net area would be , 216ft² + 84ft² = 300ft² .

Hence the required answer is 300ft² .
