Culture: it is considered an important cultural and historical site in Zimbabwe and is recognized as a UNESCO world heritage site. It is a symbol of Zimbabwe’s past and its cultural heritage.

Economic Significance: The Great Zimbabwe played an important role in the trade and commerce of the region, serving as a center for the exchange of goods between people from different parts of Africa as well as beyond. The city was a hub for gold mining and trade.
