Solution

$m=3(4)/(5)=(3\cdot5+4)/(5)=(15+4)/(5)=(19)/(5)$

Then we can find the value of 3m like this:

$3m=3\cdot(19)/(5)=(57)/(5)=11(2)/(5)$

And the best option would be 11 2/5
