If the length and the breadth of a rectangle are each increased by 1 meter, the area of the rectangle is increased by 22 square meters. If the length is decreased by 2 meters and the breadth is increased by 3 meters, the area is increased by 12 square meters. Find the perimeter of the rectangle.

Explanation:

l+1 * (b+1) = lb+22

lb+b+l+1 = lb+22

l+b=21

perimeter = 42 m
