3. The formula for this is -b/2a

4. in this problem, there is no b, so it would be -0/2, or just 0

5. The axis of symmetry (aos) is 0.

6. Now we substitute the aos (x value) into the function where we see x

7. y=0-3, or y=-3

8. The answer is (0,-3)
