Mean is 5

Median is 6.5

Mode is 6

Range is 5

Given:

The numbers are 2,4,6,7,6,6,6,3.

The objective is to find Mean, Median, Mode and Range.

Mean is defined as the ratio of sum of the given numbers to the total numbers.

\begin{gathered} \text{Mean}=(2+4+6+7+6+6+6+3)/(8) \\ =(40)/(8) \\ =5 \end{gathered}

Median is defined as the middle term of the ordered series. Since the number is digits in the series is 8, whch is even number, then find the average of the 4the and 5th term.

\begin{gathered} \text{Median}=\frac{4th\text{ term+5th term}}{2} \\ =(7+6)/(2) \\ =(13)/(2) \\ =6.5 \end{gathered}

Mode is defined as the most frequent term occured in the series.

In the given series 6 occurs 4 times, which is a maximum frequent term compared to other numbers.

Thus, 6 is the mode.

Range is defined as the difference between highest value and the lowest value in the series.

\begin{gathered} \text{Range}=\text{Highest value-Lowest value} \\ =7-2 \\ =5 \end{gathered}

Hence, the value of Mean is 5, Median is 6.5, Mode is 6 and Range is 5.
