Ok, so

We want to simplify the product:

(4t^2+7t)(-3t^2+4)

For this, we have to multiply each term by all the terms inside the other bracket as follows:

\begin{gathered} (4t^2)(-3t^2)+(4t^2)(4)+(7t)(-3t^2)+(7t)(4) \\ -12t^4+16t^2-21t^3+28t \\ -12t^4+16t^2-21t^3+28t \end{gathered}

In descending order:

-12t^4-21t^3+16t^2+28t

And, the degree of our simplified answer is 4.

The simplified answer can be written as:

-12t^4-21t^3+16t^2+28t
