We can see that the y values have a common difference:

13 - 6.5 = 6.5

19.5 - 13 = 6.5

26 - 19.5 = 6.5

32.5 - 26 = 6.5

1 x 6.5 = 6.5

2 x 6.5 = 13

3 x 6.5 = 19.5

4 x 6.5 = 26

5 x 6.5 = 32.5

Mario should have multiplied the x values by $6.5 to get the y values.
