Answer: Option A, clonazepam and lorazepam, have an effect on GABA. They are both benzodiazepines that enhance the activity of GABA, an inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain, which leads to sedative and anxiolytic effects. Option B, zolpidem and amitriptyline, are not primarily used for their effect on GABA. Option C, temazepam and pregabalin, have some effect on GABA, but not as significant as clonazepam and lorazepam.

B. Zolpidem and Amitriptyline, zolpidem is used to treat insomnia so it has an effect on the GABA receptors. Amitriptyline is used to treat anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders; therefore it also has an effect of the GABA receptors.
