Answer: My opinion of basic human rights when a person is incarcerated is all prisoners shall be treated with respect due to their inherent dignity and value as human beings. They should have the right to humane conditions as well as the right to healthy nutrition.

Step-by-step explanation:

The basic human rights of an incarcerated person are basically just common sense. They are still human. They may have done some bad things but that doesn't mean they shouldn't get basic human rights because they are incarcerated. In my opinion, jails are supposed to help better an incarcerated person so that whenever they get out of jail they wouldn't go back there.

Hope this helps, wasn't sure how long the answer needed to be.
