Answer: 1) If they have a warrant if you have permission from the person you are searching or on what you are searching. 2) If you have physical proof or evidence of a crime. 3) Frisk is where you are patting around on the person seeing if they have anything that they are trying to hide. And a search is looking under the clothes and looking harder. 4) It's having a reasonable response or reasonable evidence. 5) Reasonable suspicion is after the crime has been committed.
