TU = 7.5

x = 11

Explanation:

given RT=15 and RT is bisected by QS, then TU = 15/2 = 7.5

Opposite angles of a parallelogram are equal, therefore RQT≅RST

8x - 14 = 74

8x = 74 + 14

8x = 88

x = 88/8 = 11

x = 11
