Answer:

Solution

The correct option is A 3

Number of pizzas = 6

Number of slices in 1 pizza = 4

Total number of slices = 6

×

4

= 24

3 were eaten by Alex.

Number of slices remaining

= 24 - 3 = 21

21 is to distributed among 7 friends equally.

Lets apply repeated subtraction.

21 - 7 = 14

14 - 7 = 7

7 - 7 = 0

After 3 times of repeated subtraction 21 reduces to 0.

So, each of his friends will get 3 slices of pizza.
