The stem cells in cell therapies are use to replace or rejuvenate the affected tissue, being the embryonic stem cells able to make more specialized tissues and replace the ones that are lost or damage because of diseases or accidents. The ethical issues of using stem cells are: the use of personal information of donors, destruction of embryos, the creation of embryos only for research purposes, conflicting legal and ethical standards between institution and how the cell will be used, how will be consented the use of these cells, and so on. The use of stem cell is something that needs to be clear to the donor and be make without having profit intentions from donated material, since is a risk procedure for the donor.
