at the beginning, i think many students wont do work, and instead do whatever they wanted to. they would also not care about the state of the school and their peers. everything will be chaos.

but after a while, people will notice that there is no regulations, there is no rules. there will be a group that will straive to rebuild the education system and bring it back. it may or may not succeed, it will depend on the students involved etc..
