The exponentiation rule for raising a power to another power (a^b)^c = a^{bc} therefore a power to a power is equal to the powers multiplied together. so if the base is equal to (32/5) and the power is -2x. some number raised to the x is equal to (32/5)^-2x therefore because -2^x is equal to -2x the answer is B which is the original base (32/5) with the exponent -2 when raised to the x will be equal to (32/5)^-2x.

Therefore, B is the answer
