Answer: hope this helps ♡

Its equation in point-slope form is y - 2 = 2(x - 3)

Explanation:

(3,2) and (7,10)

The point slope form formula is: y - y¹ = m(x - x¹)

m = gradient

The gradient of points (3,2) and (7,10) is: 2

y¹-y² / x¹-x²

10-2 / 7-3 = 8/4 = 4/2 = 2

(plug in one of the points into the formula: y - y¹ = 2(x - x¹) l chose: 3,2)

y - 2 = 2(x - 3) is the Point Slope Form

Slope Intercept Form:

y - 2 = 2(x - 3)

y - 2 = 2x - 6

y = 2x - 6 + 2

y = 2x - 4 (y = mx + c) (c is the y-intercept)
