Divide the mass of chromium by the total mass of chromium oxide
.257/.3763= .68296
X100 for percentage
Answer: 68.3% rounded

Its smaller mass mass is given as 37.15 g and moller mass of the C. 02 is 44 g per mole From here. The number of moles we get is 0.844 mol.
