A line passing through (3/2,2) and (-1,3)

m= (-1)-3/2/(3-2)= -5/2.

Y=Mx+b

Y= -5/2x+b

A line passing through (-1,3) so 3= -5/2*(-1)+b

B= 6/5

The y intercept of the line on the graph y= -5/2x + 6/5
