Answer:

2^4 • (2^2)^-2 = 2^4 • (1/2^4) = 2^4 • (1/16) = 16(-2^2)^-6 / (2^-5) - 4 = (1/4^6) / (1/32) - 4 = 32 / (1/64) - 4 = 32 * 64 - 4 = 2048 - 4 = 2044(2^2)^2 • (2^3)^-3 = (4^2) • (8^-3) = 16 * (1/8^3) = 16 * (1/512) = 16 / 512 = 1/32(-2^-4) • (2^2)^0 = (-1/2^4) • (2^2)^0 = (-1/16) • (4)^0 = -1/16 * 1 = -1/16

Hope this works, correct me if I’m wrong!
