Calculate median by arranging the numbers from least to greatest and the median is the number in the middle.

This scenario, the median for the morning meeting is 34 and the median for the afternoon meeting is 38.

Then the actual answer is 4 because it's asking how many more years is the median age of the Afternoon Meetings to the Morning Meetings, which you can find by subtracting 38 from 34.
