Hey there! Mexico citizen here. I am aware that the indigenous cultures of our country are being preserved by federal institutions like the Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia (INAH) and schools that research about their legacy such as the Universidad Automoma de Mexico. (UNAM)

Additionally, some natural reserves with remains of the culture’s time are protected by the INAH and there are a lot of museums that safeguard the pieces too.

There are a lot of research papers available online too, although most of them many be in Spanish.

Hope I was able to help!
