Answer:

3 {x}^(4) - 6 {x}^(3) - 21 {x}^(2) - 2x + 8

Explanation:

One root being i, an imaginary number is throwing me off.. but I can give it a shot if youd like.

So a coefficient is the number Infront of the X. so for 6X^2, the coefficient is 6.

It says the Leading Coefficient is 3. The one option for that is 3x^4, so that will be the in the first blank.

The exponents now (the little numbers) start with 4 and go down 1 after each block. Which means the last two blocks will have no little numbers since it would be 1 and 0. Those don't need exponents.

For the block after the 21x^2, we have two choices. Either 6x or 2x

For the last block we have two choices also.

8 or 24

To find if it's 6x or 2x...

Its showing roots of -2, i, and 4 with multiplicity of 1, which means

x^2-4x+2x+8

x^2-2x+8

We have 2x and 8

Those must be the other two blocks
