\huge\begin{array}{ccc}d=√(442)=11\sqrt2\end{array}

A distance between two points.

The formula:

A(x_A,\ y_A),\ B(x_B,\ y_B)\\\\|AB|=√((x_B-x_A)^2+(y_B-y_A)^2)

SOLUTION:

We have:

A(-22,\ 20),\ B(-23,-1)

Substitute:

|AB|=√((-23-(-22))^2+(-1-20)^2)=√((-1)^2+(-21)^2)\\\\=√(1+441)=√(442)=√(121\cdot2)=√(121)\cdot\sqrt2=\boxed{11\sqrt2}
