I think that people today are very rude. I’m the father of two young boys, ages five

and ten. How can I teach my sons to be polite?

Absolutely do not listen to the other person do not film their actions that would make them not trust you at a young age.

One of the best ways to teach your sons to be polite is to lead by example. Model the behavior you want to see in them by being courteous and respectful to others. Additionally, you can talk to them about the importance of politeness and explain why it is important to be kind and considerate to others. You can also encourage them to practice good manners, such as saying please and thank you, and to be mindful of their words and actions.

Next time they are rude to each other take a video of them and show it to them and fully explain the extent of which the rudeness can lead too. Being rude isn’t just something that should be stopped, but also understood. Without knowing the pain you cause, you don’t fully appreciate the need to stop and so sooner or later it may arise again. Not sure if that helped but then again you could also just talk to them and not take the video. Have fun
