The first step would be putting the 3 into the numerator of the first fraction, which now becomes 27/8

A trick with dividing fractions is that you can flip the divisor over, which flips the sign from division to multiplication, making the question easier. In doing this, you now have (27/8) * (4/3)!

The answer would be 27/8 times 4/3
because 3 3/8 as a fraction would be 27/8 and to divide fractions you have to keep 27/8 change the division symbol to a multiplication sign and flip the last fraction to be 4/3.
