g(x), and what answers they give.

So for
g(-2), we look at where
-2 fits in the intervals. It cannot be the top one, because it says that
x has to be less than

x, therefore
-2 would be allowed here. Looking at the value this interval corresponds to, we see it is 0. Therefore,
