Answer: The probability is 1/4

Explanation:

The odds of rolling a 1,2, or 3 on the first roll is 3/6 or 1/2.

The odds of rolling a 4,5, or 6 on the second roll is also 3/6 or 1/2

The odds all together is 1/4 because 1/2 divided by 1/2 is 1/4.
