First, you have to know the term:
Linear pair: The measure of two adjacent (together) angles in a line add up to 180°
And that the sum of the interior angles of a triangle always add up to 180°

180-50-40 = angle 1
Angle 1 = 90
Angle 2:
There it says that angle ABC = 120, so if angle 1 = 90
Angle 2 = 30. (120-90)
Angle CTD:
Linear pair of 50
Angle CTD = 130
Angle CDA:
The shape is a parallelogram, so opposite sides are congruent (same measure)
Angle CDA: 120
