A website uses Alison's photograph without her permission and without giving her proper credit for taking the photograph. Think about why this is an issue. Ask yourself:

How would you feel if a website used one of your best photographs without asking your permission, giving you credit for taking the photograph, or paying you for the right to use your photograph?
What is the importance of understanding plagiarism when it comes to showing someone else’s photographs or using others’ ideas when shooting a photograph?

Answer: This is an issue.

Explanation: I would be very upset if I was in Allison's shoes. It's important to understand plagarism not only so you don't do it yourself, but you can help keep others from doing it by helping them understand. It's also important that you put where you got it from or if you use someone elses idea, make sure you give them credit.
