I'm assuming no internal resistance.
The formula for resistance in parallel combination is 1/total resistance=1/Resistor1/+ resistor/2......
1/Resistance total= 1/88+1/62
1/Resistance total= 75/2728
2728/75
Effective Resistance total= 36.373...ohms
Formula Volts=Current x resistance
V=IR
12=I(36.373.....)
I=0.33A
A=amps
