Answer:

Harriet Ross (Tubman) started slave labor. A woman came to the "Big House", asking if she could pay to use a young woman or girl for cheap as she did not have much money. The Slave Owner, "Edward Brodas" agreed and handed over Harriet. The lady, Mrs. Cook, wanted Harriet to learn to weave, Harriet refused and after utterly refusing longer, Mrs. Cook sent her back and told the slave owner how terrible she was and that she was incapable of being taught anything new.

Harriet Tubman was enslaved, escaped, and helped others gain their freedom as a “conductor" of the Underground Railroad.
