Multiply the 2 numbers is all you need to do, but that can be difficult as the 2 numbers are in scientific form / standard form :

So convert one of the numbers into a number in non-standard form but with the same power as the other (Got that ? Let me show you below) :

Each person has 3.72×10^13 cells

Population is 7.5×10^9

Let's make the top number / number of cells to the power of 9 instead of 13 :

3.72×10^13 = 37.2×10^12 = 372×10^11 = 3720×10^10 = 37200×10^9

Now we have :
37200×7.5×(1×10^9)²

The reason it's squared as both population and cells are now to power of 9 .

=2.79×10^23
