Answer: (3, -3)

Explanation:

2x = 4y + 18 => 2x - 4y = 18 (1)

-5x - 6y = 3 (2)

Multiply both (1) by 5, and (2) by -2

10x - 20y = 90 (3)

10x + 12y = -6 (4)

(3)-(4):

-32y = 96

y = -3

x = 3
