A company has 120 people who assemble toys. If 60% of these people assemble yoyo's, how

many more workers must transfered from other departments so that 70% of the people are assembling yo-yo's?

Total people in the company = 120

No. of People who assemble yo- yo's = 120 × (60/100

= 72

Now, we need 70% of the total people to assemble yoyo = 120 × (70/100)

= 84

We already have 72 people assembling yoyo,

No. of more people needed = 84 - 72 = 12

Hence, if we have 12 more people from other departments, 70% of the total people would be assembling yo-yo's.
