The petrol costs £1.75 per litre.
Work out the number of litres of petrol she buys.

You don't need to overthink this one, it's not asking for any exact values or estimates so all you do is 40/1.75 which gives you 22.8571428571. Since it's asking for 1 decimal place then the answer would be 22.9 litres of petrol.
