Now we encounter cases of theft on a regular basis . The police is seen patrolling only during the early hours of night after that no one take cares of what is happening around . The Watchmen is also injured so he is also not available . Hardly any single day passes without any theft or other crime in the locality. So during this time the police men are required to be highly vigilant about what is happening in the the area during night hours . If anyone found roaming in the street during night they are required to check that man at that instance. Only such type of steps can prevent from happening of big crime.
