Answer:

If the lamps are in parallel then 6.0 V is the voltage accross each lamp:

R = V / I Ohm's Law

R1 = 6 V / .1 A = 60 ohms

R2 = 6 V / .2 A = 30 ohms

1 / R = 1 / R1 + 1 / R2 resistance of parallel resistors

R = R1 R2 / (R1 + R2) = 30 * 60 / (30 + 60) = 1800 / 90 = 20 ohms
