Answer:

“Write your learning or insights of the interview.”

Step-by-step explanation:

a) I find leadership challenging and rewarding. I must fulfill my many commitments. I multitask. To set an example for my community, I also need to earn their respect and trust.

  • What kind of leadership experience do you have? Being a barangay chief has its fair share of difficulties. People aren't pleased even when you're doing a good job, but I've always met all of my commitments and completed all of my chores in my barangay.

b) What are some of the things you've accomplished throughout your term?

  • We erected the barangay health center, improved the day care center, and started a project. I've completed several tasks. I'm happy that the daycare center and barangay health center expanded and evolved under my leadership. I am an excellent leader since I earned third place and a Religious Award in a tournament.

c) Address future leaders. Be accountable and disciplined to become a leader. Leaders understand, cherish, and involve others.

  • If you want to be a responsible and disciplined young leader in the future, listen to what I have to say. It's not always easy to be a leader, but if you have the right mindset, you can steer the ship with empathy and care for your crew. Don't be afraid to try new things and fail. Always remember that being a good leader means more than just telling people what to do. It also means listening to what they have to say and meeting their needs.
