According to Newton's third law of motion, when a body apply force to an object then the object will exert equal and opposite force to the body.

Therefore, if an astronaut pushes the satellite then the satellite will apply equal force to astronaut but in the opposite direction. As there is not any other external force acting on the astronaut she will continue to move with the constant speed in the same direction forever.
