Both sides will have the same equal number.
So, basically have to half the main number, which is 36. So, it'll be both sides will have to equal to 18.

So, yellow is 18.

It is given that the green is worth 3. 18 - 3 = 15. 15 divided by 3 is 5. Therefore, blue is 5.

Yellow = 18
Blue = 5
Green = 3

I did that last year, basically both sides of the hangar have to be equal.
And the number at the top is what all the shapes on the hanger equal, so each side of the hangar equals 18 because it is half of 36.
You are trying to figure out what each shape equals.

Explanation of Answer:
There is only one shape on the left so since the left side has to equal 18 the yellow triangle equals 18.
And the right side equals 18 as well so you know how much the green one is worth so subtract 3 ( the green one) from 18 which is 15. Then to find out how much ONE blue moon is worth you divide 15 by how many moons there are which would be three so 15 divided by 3 is 5 making the moons worth 5.

Answer:
Yellow triangle: 18
Green: 3
Blue moon: 5

Hope this helped sorry if it was messy!
