Just realized that the image was blurry the x-axis starts at 1 and increases by 1 up to nine and the y-axis starts at 2 and increases by 2 up to 34

Answer is C. (2, 9)

Reason

A solution will be in the shaded area where the two inequalities overlap each other.
Here is your graph with a very poor point at (2, 9) with that shaded area.

FYI if the point was on a solid line within the shaded area, it would be a solution. If it was a dashed line, it would not be a solution.
