Is the quotient of two perfect squares always a perfect square

No. For instance, if i divided 100 by 81, my answer would be a repeating decimal. That would be 1.23456790123... it keeps going.                             Hopefully, I helped.

let's try some perfect squares
4^2=16
5^2=25
16/25=none whole number that is deffinitely not a perfect square
so since one instance is wrong, the word 'always' is no longer valid

the answe is no
