We have to find the table which does not represent the relation y = x + 4.5.

If we find one value that does not satisy that equation, we have found the table we are looking for.

The first table seems ok, as we start with y(1) = 1+4.5 = 5.5, and then increase in intervals of 1 or 2 for x and, as the slope is m=1, the same interval increase for y.

The second table does not represent the relationship y = x+4.5, because:

y(4)=4+4.5=8.5\\eq18.0

Third and fourth table have the same structure as the first table and respond to the relation y = x+4.5.

Answer: the second table (the one with first row x=4 and y=18.0) does not represent the relationship y = x+4.5
